Vibration and whine

Alright, so i have a 2002 F-150 XLT, 4.6L with the 8.8 rear at about 125k miles. For the past couple of weeks I've noticed that i get a vibration when i decelerate from 65mph or above, and theres a constant high pitched whine that starts at 25 and doesn't change pitch with speed. The whine only stops when the truck does. Ive balanced the tires, checked all the fluids, and replaced the u-joints, and the problem still persists. I took it in to a shop to see if they could diagnose (i thought it was the pinion bearings), but they said the diff was quiet as could be, and that it was coming from the front end, though all the bearings they could get to (wheel, tie rod end, ball joints, ect.) looked good and were greased. I'm thinking it might be a bad input shaft bearing or possibly an early sign of torque converter failure? I'm really not certain... What do y'all think?
