Out, so rebuild time or swap. Found a cheap 4r70w out of a 99 expedition 4x4 5.4
For cheap. Are those compatible. With each other? Any help or tips are greatly appreciated.

 

That physically and electronically will swap straight in. There are some differences though. Mostly in the valve body. Haven't done it so not sure how it will shift unless you swap the valve body, accumulator springs and the 2-3 accumulator cap. Do that and it's the same transmission.
