2000 F150 w/M5OD

Hi everyone. First time poster, long time lurker. I've a 2000 F150 with a manual with right at 100,000 miles. I'm curious as to the capacity of the manual transmission fluid? I doubt mine has ever been changed and the gears have always been a little difficult to shift. I was thinking of ordering RedLine MT-90 (unless someone can tell/convince me otherwise) but I'm not sure how much to get. This forum is awesome!

AMSOIL has a tool on their site you can use to get the fluid capacities. These transmissions use ATF by the way. Stick with AMSOIL or Motorcraft.
