help with shaking at 45 miles an hour

truck start to buck and shake at around 45 miles an hour and when you push for more gas it gets worse and then it will come out of it.

How many miles on the plugs and what brand?

Have your U-joints looked at. I used to have the same problem, replaced them and shaking went away.
