trans fault codes P0702 & P0731

Getting Trans Fault message and o/d light flashing. Had the P0702 code. Used my SCT to program back to stock. Went for another run. Again flashing Trans Fault and o/d flashing this time with P0731 code. I have 104k+ on this 2005 f150. Any advice appreciated.

Just picked up truck from transmission shop. Complete rebuild 12 month warranty $1792. Showed me all the worn and damaged parts. O/d band was "cooked" the largest 'gear' had a crack about 300 degrees around. Mechanic can't believe I was able to drive it in. He also explained to me how these transmissions are great in mustangs but not so much in trucks.
