Truck won't start after replacing transmission- crank no fire

98 F150 4x4 auto (20 bolt trans).

Truck ran fine, didn't drive. Found a used trans, swapped it in, now the truck won't fire. adjusted the range sensor/nss and got it to not even crank, put it back and it cranks but still won't spark.

Is there another sensor I don't see? I don't think I missed any plugs, NSS should be in range because it will crank in park but not in Neutral.

Thanks in advance.

20 bolt - I assume you mean a E4OD? Is the TRANS code on your door sticker "E"?

What exact vehicle did the replacement trans come out of?

Problem solved, Father was trying to help eliminate the AC and had unplugged the CPS. Since I wasn't working up there I didn't think of it.
