No 1st or 2nd gear...HELP

No 1st or 2nd gear...HELP
2001 f150 Lariat SCrew 4x4 with 4r70W
I recently bought this truck at a steal for $1500. Took it home dropped a fresh 5.4 in it. THe guy I bought it from said that the trans was new and only had about 8000 miles on it.
Last night, I had to turn around quick in traffic and went from D to R and back to D. When i got back to D, I had no 1st or 2nd gears. I cant even manually shift into these gears. WHen i do the truck doesnt even budge and acts like im holding the brake.
Anybody out there that can point me in the right directions? No OD light flashing or check engine lights.
