03 screw tranny

I have a problem with my trany, I had to get hirevs to engage forward gears but reverse worked. Now this morning I had no reverse but had forward gears. In reverse it seemed like the ebrake was on but would not engage

I think the forwards clutch got welded together by your high revs to get it to engage. Revving the engine to make the trans engage almost always results in a dead transmission.

I knew I had to rebuild my trany. I put a lot of miles on my vehicles. Is their a way to beef up my tranny to withstand the miles. I have a chevy that has more than 500ks.
