85 f150 5.0 AOD DROPING OVERDRIVE

i got a 85 f150 5.0 the truck was shifting fine but tork conv. was going bad i had a new one put in it and now it shifts gers but when it hits overdrive and i back off the peddle it slip into neutral ... now it wasnt doing it before and if i stay into the gas it will stay in overdrive but as soon as i back off it goes into neutral....... didnt do this untill we replce to torq. converter .....anyone got any ideas ?

Have you tried adjusting the TV cable? There's a specific exact procedure for that.

there's a youtube vid on adjusting the tv cable.

Also make sure you have atleast a 11x7 cooler and remote filter. http://www.fullsizebronco.com/forum/...ad.php?t=74305
