manual transmission problems??? 1997

I own a 1997 ford f150 ext cab, it all started early this morning truck wouldn't shift into 3rd or 4th gear. now it won't shift into any gear. clutch fluid full, transmission fluid @ appropriate level. clutch still engages and i can put truck in 4x4, but still won't go into any gear including reverse?? remove shifter level and can't see any signs of abnormal wear. stuck in neutral and can start it and reves just fine no engine light or code when running codes?? havn't trained fluid to see it there are shavings or flakes do i need to replace the transmission???

Please help!!!!!

Will it go into gear with the engine off? Is the lever stuck or is it moving?

High up on the firewall, driver's side, going from the fender in, you will see the brake reservoir and booster, then the evap system purge valve, then the clutch reservoir.
