Abnormal noise.

Not sure if this problem should go under tranny probs but here it is anyways. Drive and 05 lariat Scab, when I accelerate from a complete stop there is a faint whining noise that last for 2 secs or so when I DONT turn, It sounds a lot like the power steering pump is low on fluid and is whining. When I accelerate and turn from a stop it whines for less than a sec then stops when I pick up speed. It will also do it while I am moving and accelerating through a turn, like in a turn only lane at a stop light. Again it is not very loud or noticable with my music turn up a little and my exaust. But I am ultra-super sensitive to any changes in anything. I feel problems should be fixed or prevented before major malfuntion.
