08 f150 4R75E tranny shift kit????
So im thinking of buying a shift kit for my truck.

Its a 08 4.6 with the 4R75E tranny, is there any one out there that has a shift kit in there truck? and is it worth the money? i found a kit for about $230

How is it performance wise?

And whats a good kit to buy for my truck?

Troyer performance sells a complete custom valve body kit for not much more. It's a tried and proven product.
