Transmission crazy shifting! WTF??

So we had to take the gf's son to the doctor today. Driving down there went fine but on the way home the truck started shifting all crazy. If I'm cruising along and hit the gas it'll downshift and start to take off but then it seems to upshift almost instantly causing the engine to bog terribly. So I decide ok, somethings not right so I'll take it easy. I take off from a red light progressing smoothly up to 50 MPH, and the tranny feels like it goes from 1st gear right to 4th. What the heck is going on!?!?

When was the last time the fluid was changed? Is the OD light in the shift knob flashing? Did the CEL come on?

Its been about 50k since fluid change I think. OD light does not flash and no CEL. To futher explain it, when taking off it will shift right from 1st to 3rd or 4th (I'm not sure which one) even if I'm going 25MPH.

If you start in manual 1st, then shift to manual 2nd, does it go to 2nd? Then - if you go from 2nd to D, does it go to 3rd or does it dump you right into OD? In OD, if you hit the button, does it go down to 3rd?

Tried it. It goes through all gears manually. Think its just slipping really bad. Maybe I'll try a flush and fill this weekend. Definitely doesn't shift right though. I still don't know why it shifts to such a high gear when going slow. I almost wish it would through a code so I know what's wrong but then again I don't want it to be that bad.
