1997 f150 4x4 4.6 with 4r70w tcc code

hello all i am looking for a little help i have a 1997 f150 4x4 with 4.6 motor with the 4r70w transmission i am having trouble with it is throwing a tcc solenoid code the truck slips in drive upon intial take off but is fine while driving at interstate speeds when locked in 4x4 low range it does not slip at all i recently changed filter and fluid and found no shiny parts in the pan it does have high miles but i was wandering if this could be due to the tcc solenoid not working or being energized or shorting? any help at all please thanks very much john

i don't have the exact code number i had it scanned at a local autozone the paper they gave me says bbecm energizedand tcc sloenoid detected no voltage dropon circuit -bb1 open or shorted solenoid bb2 open or shorted circuit condition
