'08 Fluid in Torque converter question

I remember seeing an article on how to change the tranny fluid, and drain the TC on 04 and newer F-150s. I can't find it now (of course) that it's time to change mine. Can anyone point me in the right direction? I am putting AMZOIL ATF in it, with a new filter, I just want to get all the fluid out that I can. I know dropping the pan and changing the filter is only going to get about 5 quarts.

It's an '08 F-150 Lariat, 5.4L, 4X4, 4R75W tranny.
