Adding B&M supercooler

Just wanted to get some input here...

Truck has the factory installed cooler. I'm towing a 5000 lb travel trailer and the truck does ok, but the transmission temp is getting near 205 F (added mechanical gauge located in pan). I have a B&M supercooler and the instructions say to mount it in series with the oem cooler. At the risk of being laughed at for using paintbrush ... is this how I should do it?

I prefer to take the factory ones right out and replace with something bigger in hopes of keeping the line pressure close to stock. To me the stock cooler won't be doing jack with the B&M in there and then there is all the extra line and connections to leak.

If you wanted both I would have it go to the OEM cooler first then to the B&M and back to the trans. The B&M is where it will get all the cooling so I would want that to get back to the trans as fast as possible. Just my two cents.

If you live in the frozen north, it may be best to mount it before the radiator so the fluid will be warmed in the winter.
