Trans cooling line corroded and leaking....

'97 f150 4.6L 4x4 offroad pkg. Transmission cooling line is corroded and leaking just as it passes past the engine block. How difficult are these lines to fully replace? Is there a temporary quick fix that I could do to bypass this leak?

temporary fix that'll hold for a while til more rusts out would be getting hydraulic hose, cutting the bad metal out and clamping it down on the metal tubing perhaps flaring it some where u cut it.
