F150 03 - Automatic Transmission. HELP

This issue happened today. I didn't get any signals of this problem before. I drove a couple miles and I noticed the automatic shift didn’t respond when I stepped on the acceleration pedal. So I stopped, turn off the car and when I started the truck again, I shifted to shift 1 and the transmission didn’t respond. I changed to Park, shift 2 and so forth and I got no response. The truck has only 56K mileage. Is Ford covering this problem during warranty? Do I need to replace the transmission? Thanks all

The standard warranty is 3 years or 36000 miles.
If you have an extended warranty,,,they should cover it.

I'm no transmission expert,,,,but it doesn't sound good.

You need a pro to diagnose this. As for warranty, a 2003 had a 3 year/36K warranty. You're 3 years and 20k miles past the end of the warranty, so no, whatever this is Ford isn't going to cover, unless you purchased an extended warranty.
