tranny help!!

I have an 06 supercrew and every time i come to a stop then gas again my tranny or rear end kinda hops, i guess is the best way to explain it. It only does it in first then it's fine.

Any help would be appriciated

I think the slip yoke on the driveshaft is binding and needs to be greased. It's a common problem.
