When do i change my tranny fluid?

OK so i have an 06 F150 4.6L. i just hit 30k miles and i took it in for oil change and fuel filter. The guy mentioned a tranny service, which i completely understand the value of, but i want to find out when it is supposed to be done. From the maintenance book that came with the truck it says change it at 30k if you have TorqShift which i am pretty sure i do not. From Ford's website i found the following... So i can not find anything saying i need to perform this maintenance yet but i do want to take care of my truck. Any input is appreciated.

Change engine oil and replace oil filter (Up to 5 quarts of oil. Perform at specified mileage interval or every 6 months, whichever occurs first)
Inspect and lubricate all non-sealed steering linkage,ball joints,suspension joints,half and drive-shafts and u-joints
Inspect automatic transmission fluid level (if equipped with underhood dipstick)
Inspect brake pads/shoes/rotors/drums, brake lines and hoses, and parking brake system
Inspect complete exhaust system and heat shields
Inspect engine cooling system and hoses
Perform multi-point inspection
Replace engine air filter
Replace fuel filter
Rotate and inspect tires; check wheel end play and turning noise

Very few people qualify for "normal" driving conditions. The severe service schedule says 30k, and it's a good idea to follow that. 120 bucks or so for a complete fluid exchange every 30k will greatly increase the odds of you having a troublefree transmission for a long time.

Fifty, isn't that essentially what this person posted right above my post? It does look to me like this person does know how to find and read a maintenance schedule.

If you tow, that's considered severe service. Good choice.

Yeah, sorry. Too many blows to the head. Subdural hematoma. I'm often times discombobulated.
