check your tranny fluid, with the engine and tranny warm with the truck running in park. if it is dark change it along with the filter, if its low add some, im pretty sure your truck uses ATF mercon V synthetic but it will be in your manual.
if i just bout a truck i would change all the fluids, diffs, radiator, tranny, et cetera
