Stock stall on a 5.4's Torque Converter

In a 99 Expedition 5.4, what is the stock stall speed?
Please reply
Thanks

Expeditions usually got the higher stall converter where most 5.4's got the low stall unit. The low stall unit can be identified by straight fin angle and will stall about 1800 rom. The high stall unit will stall about 2000.

In the Expedition with the 5.4L 2V engine and the 4R70W transmission the stock stall speed is rated at a minimum of 1816 rpm to a maximum of 2200 rpm.

So I would say that the above info of 2000 rpm should be about dead smack on it.

Sorry, I just thought that it might be helpful to point out that you actually got that one right. LOL

Oh, and I didn't use a book either.

Darrin,
I've told you repeatedly in PM's and emails not to mention threads that have been deleted to just leave me alone. I don't need you following me around giving your approval. I could care less what you do at your attorney's office and I don't wish to hear from you. You can call and convince anyone you like how terrible I am, I don't care. I'm not a brown noser who kisses tail to get everyone to like me. I have enough friends who know me and like me as I am. I don't need your advice on how to live my life. Afterall my wife and kids live here with me. Just leave me alone. If you want to sue me then do it. Just stop following me around all over the internet, emailing me, and private messaging me on various forums. You'd think you would have gotten the hint after I never replied to the first 15-20 messages, but you still continue.

STOP FOLLOWING ME AROUND AND LEAVE ME ALONE.

Alan

Look, I don't know what your problem is but if you are trying to stir up a fight with me you are not going to get it. I just simply pointed out that you were definitely right on this subject. Most people might not take issue with someone backing them up. Instead you replied with a smart comment about me.

You have my word that I won't back anything that you say up ever again.

As for the rest of what you are saying, I just have to ask, this.

Uh... What???

Sorry if you are having a bad day or something. Please don't take it out on me.

Lets move on please. We don't need an argument over nothing.

Darrin
