For some reason i my trannys keep going. i dont drive the truck hard at all and i re geared for the lift and put in a larger transmission cooler. I have a trans temp gauge in also to monitor it also. BTW i have the 04 fx4 with the 5.4. the truck only has 42k on it and luckly i still have it under warrenty is anyone else having problems with their trannys?

You are lucky with those mods that Ford hasn't black balled you on warrenty.

replace the tranny cooler and flush the lines when you replace the tranny. Mike Troyer told me this is a problem Ford found themselves, where no matter what you do to try and flush it contamination will stay stuck in the cooler will cause the new tranny to fail rapidly.
