Question loose front differential mounting bolts

2004 f150 4x4 in for repairs on 4 occasions in the past year because the 4x4 was not engaging. Vacumn lines and solinoids have been replaced and an actuator was replaced on the last visit approx. 2 months ago. I tried the 4x4 last week and found a clunking noise on sharp turns while in 4x4. I just got it back from the dealer who says the front differential mounting bolts were loose and moving in the frame. Questions; Should these bolts loosen up, considering it is more than one bolt and couldn't this have been picked up on during the last 4x4 work. The truck still only has 36k kilo's with about 3k of city driving since the last service.

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks, after I left the shop and cooled down a bit, that was my thought as well.
