trans banging from downshifting

Hey guys... I need some help. I want to know if anyone else has had these problems with their truck. I have a 2005 F-150 super cab FX4 with the flare side body and tow package. Lately, I have been noticing it bang when it downshifts from over drive down to third and from third down to second. I first noticed this when I was on the highway doing about 70 mph and floored it to pass a car that would not get out of my way. After I floored it, it banged down into third and then the rpms jumped from about 2000 all the way up to 4500 and rev'd there for a little bit before the truck started to actually move. My truck has 28,000 miles on it and was in about 10,000 miles ago for the same problem for downshifting from second to first. The last time they replaced some type of check ball under a TSB and then did not fill it to the proper trans fluid level as I had to bring it back so they could add two more quarts of tranny fluid to it. Is there any TSB on this issue? It is going into the dealership on Mon and they said I will have to take the tech for a ride to show him what it is doing. It only seems to happen once the engine is up to normal operating temp also, if it matters.

I also have an issue with the truck at a traffic light. Some of you might do this also and inch up when the light is red. Well, when I tap my gas pedal, the truck moves forward slightly and then it feels like someone steps on the brake or bumps me from behind. Does anyone elses truck do this? When I initially had it back to the dealer at 3000 miles, they told me that the truck wasn't broken in yet and not to worry about it.

Thanks for anyones advice or help. Also, the truck is totally stock with no upgrades except a tonneau cover, vent visors, and a Herculiner in the bed.

Thanks,

Brian
