i have an 89 f150 4.9L 300 with manual 5 spd tranny, just had a new clutch, slave cylinder pressure plate and throw out bearing put in, and for some reason when im driving down the road it whines in 1st 2nd 3rd and 5th gear? i checked and replaced the gear oil and bled the hydrolic line... im lost and have no idea what to look for now... any ideas? thank you!!!

 

Complain to the shop that did the clutch - make them recheck all their work.

Which trans do you have? The Mazda is known to crap out if you let the fluid get low.

Your '89 300 F-150 could have either the Mazda M5OD-R2 with square ribbing on the outside, or the ZF5_S42 with diagional ribbing on the case. What ya got?
