Tachometer?
I have the 2002 4.2 without tachometer, has anyone installed an aftermarket tachometer? Im fairly interested in this, but i dont know too much about the subject. Also are they real hard to install? I know this varries with mechanic skills but generally?

it's a pain... you have to drill out pin # 42 in your pcm then "make your own pin" insert it then put a drop of glue at the end to insure it stays that will be your green tach wire...

i see, ill probably just put the project on the backburner for now. theres plenty of other mods to get at. thanks.
