I have a 98 with the 4.6 and a 5 spd and was told that that was the last year that you could get the 5 spd with a v8 and 4wd. Is this right or is it offered untell 2003. I know that the style introduced in 2004 is not offered with the v8 and 4wd. But what about 2003?

As far as I know you could get the 4.6 5Speed and 4x4 up till 2003. I'm not sure about the 04 Heritage model but the new body style 04+ has no V8 5 speed combo.

'04 heritage could have the 4.6L M5OD-R2 in 4x4. Came close to orderin' one simply because it would be the last chance.

Stupid ford now only lets ya get a 4.2L 4x2...
