1-2 shift too early

As the title reads, the 1-2 shift is happening almost immediately after takeoff.Every other shift is normal. My truck is a 2001 f150 supercrew 4x4 with 110,000 miles. Any ideas???

I would suspect the 1-2 accumulator spring is broken. What transmission is it? If it is 4R70W they updated the accumulator piston and springs and the parts are cheap at dealer. You can do it thru the pan and the Vb can stay in place. Any codes showing? (OD light)

I guess i kind of forgot to mention that. If i give it a little gas,the tranny will wind out like it is supposed to. It only shifts fast if i grandpa from a stop.
