If your talking inside the trans - Summit has those as well.

If not , this will get you close -

thanks jbrew, i wasnt referring to the trans, just looking for some quick advice. im referring to the vacuum solenoids on the firewall that everyone on here talks about. Im getting vaccuum, and power to the 4wd solenoid, but nothing coming out, when in 4wd. tried tapping, using air blowgun, hahah

Tried to email you back , but it didn't take I don't think - maybe it did , kept saying undeliverable at first.

I can't find them solenoids on AllData.com - wonder why , I know there on there , I was just cleanining my acuater last week when I changed out the diff. and seen the vac hoses. I'm still going to look for mine to see what you mean - next time I have the hood up.

The blow gun didn't work aayy, lol

Kevins the owner of Global Automotive - If you order
your COP's from there, write him an email or call - specifi the
plugs you want or you'll get the wrong ones - that's if you get the kit.

AFAIK, the only places to find them is the dealership or a junk yard. The engage and disengage solenoids will be different from each other (different plugs) so it makes a difference which one you get.

How hard was it to replace? I had mine in the shop to figure out why it wouldn't engage and they said it was a solenoid which only the dealers have.
I haven't actually looked at it yet, but where about on the firewall are they located. Mine won't engage so I know its the one that engages.

They're on the passenger side of the firewall, near the hood hinge. They have two vacuum lines and an electrical connector each.

It may not be the engage solenoid. If either one sticks, it can cause the problem. You'll need to either troubleshoot it further, or replace them both to be safe. Otherwise you've got a 50/50 shot.
