tranny swap will it work

i am going to be changing my 302 from a 90 to a 94 f150 my 94 has a switch on my sifter and the 90 has nothing so iam wondering if anybody knows if i can use the tranny from the 90 and if so what mods. will i have to do or is it a staight swap

go to the tranny section, that tells you what tranny can fit in what truck etc... lots of info

Your thread subject says "tranny swap", but the first line of your post says you're swapping the engine. Which is it? Is there anything wrong with either transmission?
