will t case on e40d fit on c-6??

I've got a '91 f-250 with a351 and an e40d trans and its bad, im gonna pull the motor and rebuild it and carburator it, also i want to put a c-6 behind it but what I want to know is if the transfer case from the e40d will bolt up to the c-6, or if its adaptable?
oh yeah, I dont care about driveshafts lengths, im getting one made anyway.
any info is much appreciated.

Yes, all my research reading has stated all married ford 4x4 transfer cases have the same mount and shaft output on the 4x4 trannys. Linkage might take some tweaking though.

Welcome aboard too. Love to hear more about your project.
