What should i expect from a routine servicing?

I have a 97 F-150 4 X 2 w/auto Trans.
It's been a while since the last service on the Tranny so i am taking it in to a Tranny shop. what is included in a standard service? are there some things extra i should ask for? are there some things to look for to make sure i'm not getting screwd? by the way i'm getting ready to start pulling a 27' RV trailer so is there any special thing i should add or do to the tranny?
any and all advice appreciated.

Well, I'd think you'd have them do a full trans fluid change, including torque convertor, and a install a new filter. From what I've been told here, adding a secondary trans cooler is cheap insurance for tow rigs. I picked up a $50 unit from Summit Racing which is awaiting install.
