Shift Kit question?

What's a good shift kit to use or can I buy a replacement valvebody? I just wanted to see what you guys are using or any tips you can give. I had a '96 Mustang GT w/4R70W tranny and I put a Transgo Shiftkit in it, but I don't know if I want my truck to shift that hard.

Transgo is the death of a 4r70w more people have problems with them than not. For a car I suggest reading the articles on tccoa.com for a truck I suggest the factory tech plate kit.
