Unhappy 02 f150 4r70w lost rev and od.rebuilt it and still have slippage in od only ???????

please help!repaired the sun gear shell.replaced vb seal,clutch plates,filter and fluid. trans slips in od past second or when rpm's drop??????????

tore it down replaced all clutch plates,repaired the the sun shell(welded),replaced the valve body gasket,filter and the fluid,reinstalled trans.could a servo cause this

What about the overdrive band? Was it replaced too? Yes a bad servo seal could cause the overdrive band to not engage....Also what do you mean slips in OD past second??? You should not have OD until final drive is reached....

When you replaced the clutch plates did you do the friction material and the steels? What about checking the stack heights on the clutch packs, some of the snap rings are select to fit....

150 trans

it slips into neutral? with the overdrive switch on the gear shift on(light off) as soon as rpm's catch up ,if i turn it off it seems to shift through the gears?1-2-3.rev works,2-works,1-works with engine breaking.

It sounds like you have a serious problem, what about engine braking in second? I can get you a power flow chart if it would help, it tells what is applying when, to get the required gear.......

no engine breaking in 2nd, would take any help i can get,power flow chart would be great.
