AutoMeter Tranny Temp Manifold- What Size?

AutoMeter has two sizes of manifolds for mounting a tranny temp gauge. Do our trucks use the 3/8" or the 5/16" fitting?

I know many people have used the manifold when they install a tranny temp gauge. Does no one know the answer to my question?! I've already tried searching . . .
