Calling the transmission guru's
Anyone intalled an after market tranny pan on their new body style F-150 yet?
I did a search and found a few on the 01's. My problem is trying to figure out which tranny I have, all I know is thats a 14 bolt pattern and has the word METRIC stamped on it. It's an 05 , 5.4 auto with overdrive on the column. Thers no tow/haul switch.
Talked to Jegs and Summit and once I say it's for an 05 their quick to say, nope sorry we don't stock anything that will work. a brother out, thanks.

A quick read at the top of this page would have gotten you the info that you have a 4R75e. It uses the same pan as the 4R70w which was used back even in '94 so lots of choices. Even a few threads on your very question a few pages back.

Still no luck on finding a deep transmisson to fit my 4R75E. Anyone out there running one, if so where did you get it?

I know where you can get them. There are a couple of places. Talk to Alan (dirtyd0g) on here to start.
