Clutch Hydraulic Line and flywheel ?'s

I have done a search and understand thatu need to push the white collar in but mine was severly abuse and cut in two so it just came right out. Now what do i do to remove the line. the reason of removind it was to replace the flywheel ring gear. How hard is it to remove the ring gear and replace or should i replace the whole flywheel? 89 150 4x4

Cut up a hose clamp till it is the same length as the collar. Slide it into place where the plastic one goes and then push on it using 2 screwdriver tips.
