clutch is out, Do you see a problem? PICTURES!

Well the clutch is out.. Before I ask any questions...what do you think of the condition by looking at the pictures. It's not as bad as I thought. Also in the first picture the cylinder is different looking...any problem? or did ford just add a boot.

What do you think of the pics? did I pull it for no reason? Clutch slipped at lower RPM's Truck has 69k 97 4.2 2wd

Strange. You say it slipped only at LOW rpms?

The PP definately has some hot-spots.

That disk looks pretty good on the PP side. The flywheel side looks like it had some problems. Did you have a rear main leak or anything?

Do you have any photos of the flywheel?

The new slave cylinder that you show in the pic is an improved version. It is better than the one you pulled out as it is less prone to leak. I noticed that the pressure plate is a Luk. They are one of the good brands so if it slips then it will continue to slip. So if your clutch was slipping then it needs to be replaced and the flywheel needs to be refaced. You could get away with scuffing the flywheel but I would at the very least replace the rest. And don't forget a new pilot bearing.
