E4OD questions

I bought a rebuilt trans yesterday for $150 it has 5,000 miles on it. The trans in my 92 is shot. Now i got some questions.
1. How much fluid does a E4OD hold?
2. Do i need to fill the TQ convertor first before installing?
3. It has some kind of electronic box on it called Interceptor. What is this?
4. Should i leave it on there or remove it?

The guy i got it from said the trans shop that rebuilt talked him into buying it and he has never touched it. He said it shifted great.

No. Do not remove the converter.

Something to modify how the trans works.

It's up to you. I'd remove it from mine.
