I live in Northern Minnesota. We have 4ft snow and below 0c temps. I was stuck in the snow and had to get on it to get out of the snow I got on it pretty good was driving the next day in the cold after a good couple hours of driving and the overdrive light started flashing I parked my truck overnight the next morning it would not move I checked the transmission fluid and it wasn't even showing up on the dipstick how much do I add and why did that happen?

Just adding fluid isn't going to fix it, you blew something. Tow it to a shop. The flashing overdrive light indicates a fault which can be read out of the OBD2 with a scanner that can read Ford transmission codes.

I'm betting if you look under it, you will see fluid all over the underside and the ground.
