I want a shift kit, and with that having said, which one? I was looking at Troyer's website, and he has the TransGo and the Factory Tech Vavle Body. What is the difference between the two and which one do you think is better?

i would go with the factory tech valve body, unlike the transgo there is no need to modify your existing valve body, with the FTVB all you do is take the old one out and put the new one in along with some springs took me about 1 hour to do, good luck
