1993 E4OD tranny clunk and shudder....fluid change?

My '93 F-150 tranny is acting strange.

#1 -- It takes a long time, about 2 seconds, to go into reverse.
#2 -- Slight shudder on takeoff
#3 -- Clunks pretty loud (sometimes) going into drive/reverse.
#4 -- I am getting a shudder/bucking at differrent driving speeds....mostly around 45mph and around 60mph. Other times its good to go.

I dont know when the last time the fluid was changed, but it looks clean and doesnt smell burnt.

Any suggestions from the experts?

Thanks in advance!

tranny woes

I have 94 F150 302ci E4OD. Mine does the same thing going into fwd/rev. I just had the fluid/filtr flushd & changd out. still does it. the only other thing is when my truck is about to shift into ovrdrv, I get a rumblng/grinding. slow speeds or frwy speed when it drops out of Ovrdrv. Also while it's in that lowr gear that same grumbling sound is cyclical, like a loping action. hope I explnd that ok. I just dont have the $$ to do anything about it. by the way my truck has 128K miles on it. I guess that's pretty good for most any tranny to hold up? please post if u have any work performd on it. curious to hear what maybe the cause/solution might be. thnx
