97 F150 Tranny Trouble

I have a 1997 Ford F150 with a 5 speed I had the first trans. rebuilt and the shift forks were chewed up in 3 weeks. I went and got a whole new rebuilt trans. and its doing the same thing my old trans. was so if any of you all know whats going on with it help me or let me know if there was a recall on it or something Thanks

Keep your hand off the lever between shifts. Seriously some people rest their hand on the lever. This applies pressure on the lever and pushes on the shift forks.
