tranny temp gauge sensor question
I've decided to finally get a tranny temp guage and put the sensor in the test port. Will the sensor thread right in once the bolt is removed? Does anything need to go on the threads?

The threads in the trans are 1/8" pipe. Most sensors are this thread. You don't need to use anything on the threads, they should seal without any sealant. If you do use sealant, too much can interfere with the sender's ground.
