Trans shift kit... worth the $$$ ?

I have a small v8, a 302 in my 95 f150 with an auto trans. I was wondering if a performance shift kit made any difference and if there were any recommended brands.

I would reccomend the Factory Tech Valvebody. You can get one from Troyer performance. IMO it is definately worth the money.
Happy Holidays

They are definetly worth the money I just wish I had the money right now to put one on my truck but for now I'll live with the factory preformance.
