E4OD leak

I have a 93 F150 4X4. I had an 5.0 302 engine out of a 89 Mustang installed. Ever since the installation my transmission has been leaking. Ive changed the front seal twice, I also used a UV dye to trace the origin of the leak and still the front seal leaks. After a put the tranny back together and before i actually run the vehicle the front seal doesnt leak. Once i drive the vehicle a few miles it starts to leak again, the tranny shifts, sounds, and runs GREAT. Does anyone know why the shaft going into the tranny front pump would be leaking? Could it be a warped flywheel, wrong flywheel, bad torque convertor??

Any info would be great.

Could be leaking out the pump bolts or gasket.
Also could be a loose drain plug in the converter or a leaky stud.
Is there a groove worn into the hub of the converter where the seal rides?

Also check for even the smallest burr on the torque converter. Not just where the seal rides either if it is anywhere the seal will slide over it could cut it on the way on.

I didnt notice any UV dye coming out of the bolts of the pump, but most of the dye pooled at the bottom also so who knows... I didnt notice the drain plug loose either. There is no groove of burr. Im going to purchase a new torque convertor and flexplate, put it back together and see what happens. this tranny has 170K miles on it. Those parts may need changed anyways.
Thanks for the input guys, if you think of anything please post it for me.

Would you two be in agreement that the front pump is NOT damaged??
