5 speed issue

I have a 97 4x4 4.6 5 speed when coming in tonight i am hearing a slight vibration when i am in 5th gear. It is coming from near the shifter itself and only in 5 th gear. Its not loud more like a vibration then a chatter noise. Okay you gurus help me out here. truck has 102,000 miles on it.
