Acording to my book the 4R70W takes 13.9 qts.
My E4OD is clamed to take 16.4 qts, but I know that if I drain the pan and torque converter it'll take 14 qts. to refill. I guess the fluid cooler and lines along with internal passages hold the other 2.4 qts.

Transfer case holds 2 qts.
