Angry help stuck in 4 low!

Yesterday I had to put my 2002 Screw in 4 low due to deep snow and when I tried to go back to 4 hi or 2 hi it refused to shift out of 4 lo. After several times of completely shutting the truck off and on it finally went into 2wd but then would not go into 4 hi. When I got home it did decide to go into 4 wheel drive but again stuck in 4 lo until I went thru the ritual of shutting the truck on and off. I did the usual things ie brake depressed, in park, in reverse and everything else I could think of. The dealership can't look at it until monday, it is under warranty. Anyone else have this problem or any suggestions. thanks jeff

It is only supposed to shift into and out of 4x4 low in neutral with your foot on the brake.
